About us
We founded our company, initially as a freight brokerage business, in 1989. Just a year later, in mid-1990, we hit upon a gap in the market in the area of cargo tracing, a gap we intended to fill forthwith.
In the beginning we collaborated with Data Tracer A/S, a Norwegian company also involved in cargo tracing. This continued for a number of years until our ways eventually parted as a consequence of structural changes at Data Tracer.
As trained freight specialists, cargo tracing was not totally unknown territory for us. Our work at freight forwarders, an express parcel and courier service and a shipping agency gave us an insight into the various aspects of this field.
We can justifiably claim to be the first German company to specialise in cargo tracing and thus possess all the relevant experience.
Over the years the internet has emerged as an additional communications medium. We administer our various websites ourselves because we aim to remain as flexible as possible.
One example of this is a dedicated specialist tracing website that we have maintained since 1997 as a free service for anyone suffering the loss of cargo.
As a global provider of services relating to "missing items" we are, of course, available for customers in the evening and early morning, ensuring that different time zones do not form a barrier to communications.
We take the term 'service' literally and work exclusively on a no cure - no fee basis as a matter of conviction. As we gain an insight into key company processes necessitating a high level of discretion, we attach the utmost importance to trustworthiness.
The fact that we run our business under our own names, which we obviously do not wish to compromise, should be seen as evidence of our trustworthiness.
